E is for Eric Harvie

We worked on the letter E today! E is for Eric Harvie School, which is an important place in our community. We learned to write an uppercase E and lowercase e today. Using different shapes and glue- we also created our school in our journals. We had gym, art with Mr. Kelly where we continued working on our fire station drawings (AM) or started working on our school drawings. AM students are continuing to practice for our upcoming peace assembly and can't wait to share what we have been working on with our families. 

- Have your child practice writing the letter E today and copy "Eric Harvie" as well. 
- Read a book with your child. 
- We encourage playing number and dice games such as snakes and ladders at home with your child.

Important Updates and Information:

- Friday, January 18th is an AM Kindergarten. There is no school for PM Kindergarten. AM students have a peace assembly and AM families are invited to attend. 

- The AM Kindergarten Peace Assembly is on Friday, January 18th at 11:00 AM. Only the AM students will be performing this time and their families are invited to come and be a part of this. The PM peace assembly will happen later in the year.

- Fun Snack is coming up!  Tuesday, January 15th and Tuesday, January 29.
