Creative Painting

We thought about what different birds look like and used paint and other tools such as forks, pom poms, bubble wrap, feathers, wax paper, sea shells, cotton balls, fabric and other interesting tools found around the classroom to create different textured paper. We look forward to using our collaborative painted masterpieces to add more details to our bird puppets in the next few days. We had another presentation by Sasha from Just Like You who continued to teach us about the importance of inclusion. Mr. Kelly helped us complete our beaver drawings in the afternoon and painted our bird paper with us in the morning. PM students had gym with Mr. Der and AM students worked on a surprise activity for some very special people in our lives that we are unable to give more information on.
