The PM Kindergarten students read the book Harold and The Purple Crayon by Crockett Johnson with Mr. Kelly and continued exploring different types of lines. We visited the Eric Harvie School learning commons as well and Mrs. Carde, our librarian showed us how to use our library cards to sign out books. Students got to choose one book today and are looking forward to reading them at home. Please note that because we do not have set learning commons days, books can be returned when they are finished. We read the books Be Kind by Pat Miller and When Sophie gets Angry...Really Really Angry by Molly Bang and had centres as well with various hands-on activities. We also made our names today using various beans. Overall, it was an exciting and a very busy day!

- No school on Thursday, September 20th and Friday, September 21st.
- Please remember to book a ten minute time slot for the September 20th open house/meet the teacher. Mrs. Conley and Mrs. Watterson will be available from 1:00 PM-7:00 PM. Ms. Khan will be available from 8:30 AM-7:00 PM. We look forward to meeting you.
