Walking to Tuscany School!

Some AM students started their morning with Mr. Kelly and Mr. Der, while others had a great time with Literacy Centres that had lots of games. AM students looked at the pictures of 3D shapes they took and we used our SmartBoard to create a graph. We discovered that more students took pictures of rectangular prisms and the least photos taken were of pyramids. 3 shapes (sphere, cylinder, and cube) had ties!

PM students left for Tuscany School right away and saw a beautiful performance by students. We were amazed to see all the beautiful costumes and hear their wonderful songs.  It was a long walk back and forth however, it was worth it! We had snack when we came back and read the book "A is for Salad" by Mike Lester.
